Mika Claudia Nixdorf (born 1983) brings many years of experience in high-level project and event management, with a strong focus on conceptual development, organization, and the operational implementation of complex projects.

During her tenure at a Berlin-based full-service event agency, she assumed independent project responsibility at an early stage and served as Managing Director from 2009 to 2018.

In this capacity, she was responsible for the conceptualization, financial planning, and execution of events of varying scale (up to 6,000 participants), including personnel leadership, client relations, and the overall coordination of all trades and service providers. She also obtained the IHK-certified trainer qualification and successfully trained several apprentices in event management.

Ms. Nixdorf has extensive experience in project development for national and international clients across a wide range of industries, including industrial manufacturing, automotive, finance, real estate and project development, aerospace, technology, pharmaceuticals, insurance, healthcare associations, media and data analytics, as well as cultural and event institutions.

Among her project highlights is her conceptual and operational co-responsibility for the VIP program with approximately 6,000 invited guests at the UEFA Champions League Final 2015 in Berlin.

In addition, she has repeatedly provided services to high-net-worth individuals, public figures and political office holders. These assignments required strong discretion, organizational precision, and sensitive communication management.

EXPANDING

2021 — 2023

From 2021 to 2023, Ms. Nixdorf was engaged in several demanding projects for PORR GmbH & Co. KGaA. Among other assignments, she conceptualized and produced a group-wide reference video for the specialist foundation engineering division, intended as a strategic template for future corporate productions. The implementation took place under challenging conditions on active large-scale construction sites involving heavy machinery. She directed the production and coordinated all participating trades and services, including drone operations (including FPV technology), voiceover work, and post-production (editing, sound design, and color grading).

2022 — 2026

Since 2022, Ms. Nixdorf has also been involved in complex legal proceedings in cooperation with highly specialized attorneys. Her involvement included in-depth fact-finding, legal and case law research, structured preparation of multifaceted matters, and the co-development of legal strategies.
